Pricing details
Any sales order (from any channel), wholesale or B2B order, and assembly or production order count toward your monthly limit. Purchase orders, stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments do not.
Nothing breaks. We never block fulfillment. You'll get a heads-up by email and a prompt to move to the next tier — no surprise charges, no overage fees.
Yes. Move up or down at any time from your account settings. We'll prorate the difference — no lock-in, no penalties.
Multi-warehouse is unlocked on Growth and Custom. If you only ever need two locations, the Growth tier is the right fit. Most single-warehouse operations stay on Starter indefinitely.
The API is built for teams piping Upzone into their own systems — usually after they've outgrown the standard channel integrations. Most Starter customers never need it.
