How much does Upzone cost?

Upzone plans start at $79/mo with a 14-day free trial. Three tiers priced by order volume. No credit card required. No per-user fees.

Short answer

Upzone plans start at $79/mo with a 14-day free trial. Three tiers priced by order volume. No credit card required to start.

Upzone has three plans, all with the same features. The only thing that changes is how many orders per month you’re processing. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required.

Your warehouse team can run real workflows and prove value before spending a dollar.

The three plans

  • Starter — $79/mo — up to 500 orders/month, 1 warehouse location. Fits most small ecommerce brands.
  • Growth — $319/mo — up to 5,000 orders/month, multi-warehouse, API access, priority support.
  • Custom — 5,000+ orders/month. Dedicated CSM, custom integrations, SLAs, and onboarding.

An “order” means sales orders (any channel) plus wholesale/B2B plus assembly/production runs. Purchase orders, receipts, transfers, and stock adjustments don’t count toward your total.

What the trial includes

During the 14-day trial you get full access. Bin-level inventory tracking, receiving and putaway, pick-pack execution, sales channel sync, batch and expiry tracking, barcode scanning, stock dashboards. Nothing is gated.

Every feature is on every tier. You pick a plan based on your order volume, not on which features you need. As inventory management software for online stores, Upzone charges the same $79/mo whether your team is 1 person or 20.

No credit card, no procurement headaches

Ops teams can start testing without procurement approval or a purchasing conversation. Sign up, import some SKUs, and go.

Setup takes less than a day for most teams, so you can run live workflows almost immediately. If your team has been burned by tools that take weeks to configure, that matters.

After the trial

Plans start at $79/mo for Starter. No per-user fees on any tier. No setup charges. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime.

Here is what that looks like compared to typical inventory management pricing:

How to evaluate during trial

Do not judge based on feature lists. Run a real pilot.

Import your SKUs, set up bins, connect your sales channels, receive a small inbound shipment, run live pick-pack-ship orders. You do not need special hardware — any phone or tablet with a camera works for scanning. Then check pick errors and inventory accuracy after your first operating cycle. If error rate drops and the team moves faster, the answer is obvious.

Who gets the most out of the trial

The 14-day trial hits hardest for:

  • Growing ecommerce teams ditching spreadsheets for the first time
  • Small teams that need structure but not a 6-month implementation
  • Operators comparing 2-3 tools and want real results, not demos
  • Teams that need proof before committing budget

Unlike tools that gate features behind higher tiers, Upzone gives full access from day one on every plan so you can test actual behavior change. That is usually the hardest part of warehouse improvement.

Questions to answer during trial

Can your team adopt the system without heavy training? Do inventory records get cleaner after a week? Do mispicks go down? Do sales channels stay accurate after shipping? Does the workflow hold up as you add SKUs and staff?

These questions keep you focused on outcomes instead of feature checkboxes.
